3i® Abutments
3i’s innovative abutments utilize embedded surface codes to communicate the ideal anatomical design with CAD software. The virtual design is then precisely milled from a titanium alloy. The final abutment is then easily integrated into supporting soft tissue with optimum margin height and natural emergence contours.

Avante®
Avante® MicroCrystal™ Porcelain mimics natural tooth structure better than other porcelain because the fine leucite crystals are smaller and rounder than other manufacturer’s, giving greater light reflection to provide more life-like esthetics. The finer crystals also retain luster longer, have extremely low wear and are kind to opposing dentition.
Procera®
With superior strength and incredible esthetics, Procera zirconia provides a more predictable metal-free clinical solution that enhances flexural strength and works anywhere in the mouth. By adhering to traditional seating and cementation methods, Procera easily reduces chairtime and facilitates patient acceptance.
Procera is a registered trademark of Nobel Biocare™.
Captek™
Eliminating the graying and discoloration found with other dental alloys, Captek simulates vital pulp and healthy dentin, providing a warm, natural-looking background for the porcelain. You may choose your preferred preparation with Captek, and even a conservative tooth preparation will yield a highly esthetic restoration. Plus, Captek can be thinned at the margin to 50 microns without compromising stability or creating distortions, an additional benefit of its internal structure.
Captek is a registered trademark of Precious Chemicals Inc.
MDL Monodont® Bridge
The MDL Monodont Bridge is a transitional fixed appliance designed to replace a single missing tooth anywhere in the dental arch. The bridge requires minimal preparation of abutment teeth and is generally an affordable option for the patient. In addition, Monodont has a broad range of applications and they allow the patient the opportunity to upgrade to pressed ceramics, or metal and implant supported restorations.

Bicon™
Bicon’s unique tapered implant to abutment connection not only encourages osseointegration, but it has also been proven to be bacterially sealed. The implant’s sloped design integrates effectively into the soft tissue and surrounding dentition. As a result, Bicon facilitates bone growth at a higher rate than non-plateaued implants in the same category.

Valplast®
Today dentists are prescribing flexible material for removable partial dentures (RPDs) because it makes a better, stronger appliance faster. The material in flexible partials is perfectly suited to the variety of natural conditions in the mouth, so there is no longer a need for metal. Flexible material reduces chair time, eliminates invasive procedures and the cumbersome materials associated with rigid partials.
Valplast is a registered trademark of Valplast International Corporation.
Flexite
Flexite thermoplastics are monomer-free resins that do not require the monomer and powder components of conventional thermosetting plastics. Flexite thermoplastics are safe, bio-compatible, biologically inert, and meet leaching requirements for colorants and are non-toxic.
We use Flexite for Bite Splints, TMJ Splints, and Partials which are selected only from plastics that are either medical grade, meet the USP Pharmacopoeia standards, or stated by the manufacturer to meet FDA standards.

Staub Cranial™
Reduced chairtime and a mathematical blueprint for placing incredibly accurate implants define the Staub™ Cranial technique. Using “cranial reference points,” Mitch Dental Laboratory’s technicians can calculate where the teeth in a restoration need to be placed, ensuring a highly-accurate and predictable restoration nearly every single time. And that means more satisfied patients. The computerized blueprint for teeth placement is done with 95% accuracy, resulting in increased profits and efficiency for your practice.

Ultra Suction™
Your denture patients have probably experienced an insecure feeling while eating, drinking or talking as their dentures slide sideways, backwards and forwards. UltraSuction™ enables your clients to enjoy a more comfortable and confident denture experience.
Using a mounted valve and suction chamber, UltraSuction holds upper and/or lower dentures in place. Once the denture is in place, the gums rest against the suction chamber, expelling the air and forming a tight seal. The result is a better fit to the gum tissues and an improved resistance to dislodging forces, improving both phonetics and taste when eating food.

DurAcetal®
DurAcetal is a flexible polymer replacement for metal appliances (monomer-free) that can be made to match a large variety of tooth shades. Its lightweight “snap fit” design is also durable and more comfortable than conventional appliances – and it is nonporous, so it is bacteria and stain-resistant (and it is odor free).
DurAcetal is a registered trademark of CDM Dental.
X-Rite® Shade Taking
In a field that demands accuracy and consistency of esthetics, matching exact shades of surrounding teeth has become a central focus of many dentists. Instead of relying on the old model of shade taking which varies in results, many doctors are beginning to realize the benefits of using X-Rite® technology to achieve the most accurate shades available.
X-Rite is a registered trademark of X-Rite, Incorporated.
Bleaching Trays
The high demand for whitened teeth has created many alternatives in the dental industry. While many of these alternatives are uncomfortable and ineffective, MDL offers half arch and full arch custom fitted whitening trays that are both comfortable against the gum line and more successful. These effective trays not only attain the desired shade, but they can also help protect the teeth from the damage of heavy bruxing.

Our PFMs are manufactured with the best porcelain and are designed with reliability in mind. They can be used in a wide array of applications and provide an affordable option for patients.
Full Cast Restorations
Full cast restorations are one of the most biocompatible choices dentists have. And, because of gold’s nature, full cast crowns are also incredibly kind to opposing dentition and resist wear. Dentists have favored full cast restorations because of their predictability and ease of use, and historically, gold crowns have proven to be an excellent choice for restorative procedures.
